I live overseas and I recently ordered an arrangement for my Mom in Perth..The impact of COVID-19 on flower supply understandably meant a little delay but the service I received from Manic Botanic was still exceptional. They were in touch with me in advance and over multiple channels to advise me of the problem. The pride they have in their product meant that they didn't want their customer to receive something that wasn't reflective of their obviously high standard. I was so happy therefore that I waited as today my Mom received the most beautiful basket of blooms. Thank you Julie and team. for your care transparency. I couldn't be happier.

I have no hesitation in recommending this florist on several levels. I phoned from Canberra this morning In the hope I could have a same-day delivery, even though it was a Saturday. The person I spoke with was lovely, nothing too much trouble and my birthday recipient was thrilled when she received the most beautiful apricot Phalaenopsis orchid, exactly as it was described to me. So for wonderful service over and above and an exceptional orchid, I am very grateful.

I ordered the lovely mixed fish bowl arrangement for my daughter. I asked for bright and cheerful colours and Manic Botanic delivered exactly what I asked for. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Also excellent value.

I have been using Manic Botanic for personal and corporate orders over the last 3 years. They always send the best quality flowers. I recently sent some flowers to my daughter - she took pictures each day as another flower bloomed and they were no less than amazing. Thank you Manic - I can always rely on the best arrangements that last a very long time!

My spiritual twin had organised to send me flowers from Manic Botanic to cheer me up. I have NEVER seen such a beautiful and vibrant bouquet in my life. The bouquet was so aromatic and every health professional that came into my room commented on it. I have given your details to everyone that asked, "where did these flowers come from?" 100% most beautiful flowers anybody will ever see.

Finding the perfect florist for your wedding isn't the easiest task, but we hit the jackpot with Manic Botanic! Annie took great time and care to understand what we envisioned for our wedding. She was highly attentive to detail, and even ordered the exact flowers a few weeks before the wedding as a test run to make sure they were the right colour, shape, size and sturdiness for our arrangements. The pictures do not them justice! Thank you for helping make our day so perfect and special!
